Entering keywords will search through test names. Selecting a section will limit the search to tests within a specific section. If no keywords are entered clicking search will bring up a listing of all tests available for the section specified.

All accessions except those exclusively for regulatory purposes will be assessed a service charge of $10.00.
Non-Kentucky samples will be assessed an additional processing fee of $10.00 plus a 50% surcharge except where indicated.
